We are committed to quality delivery , specifications, mark as provided in the website . In case you do not receive the correct product as placed , please refuse to sign the delivery notes . You also need to capture the current state of the product at the time of delivery and provide for us.
Upon receipt of proof of deliveries, quality as promised , we will refund back the exact amount that you have forwarded to us within 3 working days .
We reserve the right to refuse for the following cases :
1 . You signed delivery notes but not wishing to use the product and want to return
2 . Goods which have been used
3 . Goods no longer retain the status quo than when receiving
